Featuring real NASA research into deep space communication delays, the actual 2023 Voyager 1 anomaly that had engineers at JPL sending commands into the dark and waiting twenty-three hours for a response, and the haunting real history of Soyuz 11, the only crew in history to die in space, whose capsule landed perfectly and in complete silence while the recovery team outside had no idea what they were about to find when they opened the hatch.
