It's a snowy morning on the farm. Alan is in the final stages of field prep on 3 fields that he plans to put oats on. First, he is spreading some fertilizer on the fields, while Paul, lightly works it in with the International 1066 and field cultivator. The last rented field still needed to be disced a bit before it can be planted, so Alan takes the International 1256 and John Deere Disc over to smooth it out a bit. The 3 fields are now ready to have some seed put in the ground. The last thing we share is that Justin and Jordan had the opportunity to attend a youth education night, where they learned about beef cattle nutrition and how to assist with a cow calving.
