"You're all above control, You've no idea what it's like in the other side! When Death is in control, nothing makes sense! There's just pain, and hate and nothing you do means anything!!" Man, I’m speechless about these two! They manage to define my personalities so well, they are so opposite and so similar at the same time !! Editing this video was very challenging because I wanted to explore all the dialogues between them! What I find striking about BTVS is that Buffy at the beginning was always a good girl, and Faith the opposite of her! It was amazing how the role of the two changed during the seasons, Buffy became more self-centered and selfish, because she wanted to risk the lives of not only her but the potential hunters as well, and Faith instead of being mean and envious ended up being benevolent and very selfless! I found the change in both of them funny, due to the circumstances they went through, they had to change their way of seeing the world and themselves, they had to become someone else to live fully, they had to go over rules that before they didn’t pass, they had to face people they couldn’t face before, they had to evolve to survive. And even if they had to go over rules or laws for that, they would not hesitate, as they do what really matters to them, and "The mission is what matters".
