In this livestream I will discuss Genesis 1 and inter-textually related passages of the Old Testament to show how the Old Testament points straightway to the Lord Jesus Christ, the eternal Son and Word of the Father, and how the apostle John shows a deep awareness of what the Old Testament contains along these lines. As a foil for the discussion we will look at some choice remarks from anti-missionary rabbi Tovia Singer on Genesis 1 and John 1 and point out how he has either been asleep at the wheel of his studies or is deliberately concealing what he knows to be devastating to his counter-missionary claims.
