BOONDI SEV KI SUBZI Ingredients ½ cup boondi ½ cup thick sev 2 tbsps oil ¼ tsp asafoetida ½ tsp mustard seeds ½ tsp cumin seeds 12-15 curry leaves ½ tsp red chilli powder ¼ cup chopped onions ¼ cup yogurt 1 green chilli, chopped ¼ tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Method 1. Heat oil in a non-stick wok, add asafoetida, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves. 2. When the seeds splutter add red chilli powder and onions and saute for 1 minute. 3. Add yogurt and mix. Add boondi and sev and mix. 4. Add green chilli, turmeric powder and salt and mix well. 5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
