Wheat Rumali Roti Recipe: For Dough: Wheat Flour (Atta) - 2 Cups Water - ¾ Cup Salt - ½ tsp Oil - 1 tsp Preparation: Ghee/Oil - As Needed Cooking Instructions: 1. Knead a smooth and semi-firm dough using the flour, oil, salt, and water. 2. Rest for 10 mins, covered. 3. Divide the dough into even-sized roundels, in even numbers. 4. Roll out the dough into flat roundels of even size. 5. Apply oil on one and place another one on top of the first one. Ensure they are even on the edges. 6. Dust with flour as needed and roll into large thin roundels, as big and thin as possible. 7. Cook on a preheated tava on medium heat, until lightly coloured on both sides. 8.
