Machine is having optional capsule loader to load empty capsules automatically onto loading trays on filling machine. Machine is compact in size and easy to use that even unskilled person can operate it easily. All parts designed in such a way that it can be easily dismantled for cleaning process. We have in our range 100 holes capsule filling machine as well as 300 holes capsule filling machine. Both the capsule fillers having optional capsule orienter to load empty capsule shells onto loading tray of machine. This small capsule filling machine suitable for laboratory, research institutions, pilot batches. Manual Capsule Filling Machine Operating Procedure shown in below steps: • The empty hard gelatin capsules are loaded into the capsule filling machine tray either manually or by manual capsule loader device. The tray is placed on the top section fitted on the machine. • Handle is swiveled to lock position to lock the bodies in top section. • The rotary knob is rotated to slide the sliding frame. • After pressing the handle the loading tray comes up with caps in loading trays and separated bodies in top section. • The powder tray is placed on the top section. • Release the bodies locked by small handle. • Press the bodies if any which are above the top section level. • Take a required quantity of powder for 300 capsules. • Spread the powder evenly on all the area. • Lower the tamping assembly. • Lock the tamping assembly by locking lever. • Insert by lowering the tamping plate to press the powder in capsules. • Unscrew the tamping screw to lift the tamping plate. • Unlock the tamping assembly and rest to its original resting position. • Repeat the powder spread again uniformly until the desired fill weight is achieved. • Remove the powder tray • Place the loading tray on the top section. • Release the sliding frame knob. • Lock the capsules by using big handle leverage to full length. • Tilt and remove the locked capsules from the loading tray. 📺 Subscribe to our channel & get more videos: https://www.youtube.com/adinathintern...
