Dr. Moore: So we're back, Dr. Milton Moore, LIV Dermatology. And as doctors know, there's always that one question, right when our visits over, there's like that one more thing. But so she got her ears pierced. When did you say? Probably a month. A month ago, her cartilage pierced and then she noticed is like, like what's wrong with my ear so she couldn't, essentially couldn't feel it back. And so what happened was, is that when they pierced her ear, they used too small of a backing for the gauge needle that they used to pierce it. And so the backing kind of slipped through her skin, and then it actually had grown over top of it. So what I did was numb it up for her and then just make a small little hole and just kind of maneuver that back to where it's actually poking through the skin. But she will need to, or I would suggest her to get a larger back so this doesn't happen again. Because it certainly could in a short period of time, but it's fixed for now.
