I am working on a basic buttercreams & adaptations ebook course, so I thought what better way to begin vlogging my daily kitchen life than to bring you along for a full week of content creation. Because I have A LOT of content from this week, and I want to show you little bits from every aspect of my days, I am splitting up the week into six days and six videos. Day 5 is focused on continuing to make basic buttercreams, film a few adaptations of those buttercream, filling macarons, and a few other side projects. With all of today's bakes the end is in sight! Now is the time to pace myself, remember to take time for breaks and balance, and keep up my organization and clean kitchen to ensure the final days of filming this ebook are a success. If you missed Day 2, you can check that out here: • Week In My Life: Day 2 | Film an eBook wit... If you missed Day 1, make sure to go back and check that out: • Week in My Life: Day 1 | Film an eBook wit... If you are new to my content - hi, I'm Maddie! You can find my recipes and tutorials here on YouTube and also over on my website: https://www.macaronsbymaddiebrehm.com/ My website went through a complete overhaul recently, and you can now join my pastry subscription to get access to dozens of archived member exclusive recipes + new recipes every month right on my website as well! Make sure to check it out if you haven't already: https://www.macaronsbymaddiebrehm.com... I'm rusty with the whole vlog thing, and I'm using a new camera and trying out all kinds of new angles. I'm a human, and I film, edit, create recipes, work on recipe development, etc. 100% by myself. The internet can be a terrible place, and posting this kind of content - showing more of myself - feels especially vulnerable. Please don't leave rude comments about my appearance - they will be deleted, as I have no time or energy for such negativity in my life. Thanks for watching! Maddie
