Welcome to this recording of a live stretch class with Sally, Chartered Physiotherapist at Peak Physio & Fitness. This session begins in standing with a gentle flowing sequence to warm up the body, featuring plenty of side bends and mobility work for the hips and middle back. We then transition down onto the mat for deeper stretches, allowing time to lengthen tight areas and improve overall flexibility. To finish, we come back up into standing for a simple posture reset, helping you feel taller, more aligned, and ready to move into the rest of your day. This class is ideal if you: Feel tight through your hips or mid-back Spend a lot of time sitting Want a calm but effective mobility session Enjoy physiotherapist-led movement ⚠️ Safety Guidance Please work within a comfortable range throughout. Stretching should feel gentle to moderate — never sharp or painful. Avoid forcing range or bouncing. Use a mat or soft surface for floor work. Take care when moving between standing and floor positions. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, adapt as needed or skip movements that don’t feel right.
