To start: Spartan Training. This video explores how the legendary Spartans trained - it is not just your typical '300 workout'. I discuss the Agoge and how they were forced to train in barefoot, wearing only a thin cloak - to develop mental and physical fortitude. We explore the actual routines they might have used - the athletic and combat training. And we look at how this can be developed into a routine/what we should ignore. P.S. Yes I know I'm pronouncing everything incorrectly (and I missed accents on Agoge - the font didn't have them!). I did my best but... it's all Greek to me (sorry...).
