You know, we have the mentality that it's okay to fail a tendency digital as long as we fail forward. And if we're gonna get fired, because you made a failure, you know, as long as we learned from the lessons, that's the most important part. But you can't fail and lie about it. Right? You have to kind of be honest and transparent. And that's internal with our staff, with your with their managers, with our subordinates, but also with our clients and our partners, right? It's super important. I had a client one time called me up, they get Tuesday evening, and it was like eight o'clock, and I get a call. And I'm like, why is this client calling me like eight o'clock at night? This is weird, right? And I pick up the phone, I'm like, Hey, this is Jason. He's like, ah, bah, bah, bah, bah, bah, I can't believe this. Like, whoa, like, what's up in here? He's like, do you know that, you know, somebody published a piece of content on my website, and they forgot to leave one digit of the phone number off, and people have been trying to call my firm and they've not got anywhere, you know, like, I'm like, Oh, my God, I'm so sorry. I'm like, let me look into this for you. I gotta be honest with you. Like, I didn't know that that happened. But we're humans. And we make mistakes. And I apologize about this. And we'll make it up to you, right. And so what I did was we went back to the engineering team are like, Hey, we made this mistake, we immediately fixed it, right? Because we had somebody on calls we got to fix. But the next thing that we did is we learned from our failure, right? We failed forward, that's another t shirt that we have. And we built a script that can actually look at every single one of our clients websites, and every single page to make sure that the phone number validates, right. So because this client brought this to our attention, and because we've failed, but because we were honest and transparent, we then help fix this so that this didn't happen to any one of our other clients. Right. So that's important. I didn't lie I didn't make up excuses. I honed it. And so it's just always being honest and transparent and life in business.
