How to use Palm Waste to produce charcoal? Full Complete Shisha charcoal production line

This video explains whole production line machines for shisha charcoal final product producing. This customer is using palm waste( there're trees, branches, fiber etc) as raw materials. We make charcoal from raw materials using carbonization furnace firstly. Then you can sell the natural wood charcoal directly. Or make charcoal powder, then mix with water and binder, finally use briquette machine( forming), dry the charcoal briquettes. The solution as below, pls check as reference: 1) Carbonization furnace( one stove by one stove, one day produce one stove). 2) Charcoal powder crusher( 1mm output size). 3) Mixer( wheel milling mixer, mix 20% water together with 5% binder into charcoal powder). 4) Briquette machine( screw extruding/ hydraulic press/ rotary press) forming. 5) Cutting machine and conveyor( if using screw extruding model briquette machine). 6) Dryer machine( if buying from china, we suggest using electric heat pump type dryer, or you can only buy heat pump, and build in your local using insulation layer and circulation fan). If you are using biomass waste, forest waste materials, the process flow will be same.
