Nova Scotia Loyal Program Launch

On Tuesday July 23, 2024 the Nova Scotia government launched the Nova Scotia Loyal program. An initiative to encourage Nova Scotians to purchase more locally made products as well as a way to highlight and promote locally made Nova Scotian items more easily. The program is a way to encourage more local spending and in return keep more money in the pockets of locals. The program was launched by the Nova Scotia Minister of Economic Development, MLA for Lunenburg Minister Susan Corkum-Greek along with Ministers Greg Morrow and Colton LeBlanc and colleagues. The Nova Scotia Loyal program also includes the school voucher program which saw $10 vouchers for local Farmers Markets go out to every school aged child in the province.
