Before you post a comment please let it be known, the car is a daily driver, has several good engine grounds, only used distilled water and coolant mix. From day 1 radiator always appeared to have slight amount of steam coming off of it, would be low every few weeks, tried 2 new caps with no luck. This was over the course of the last 4 years with 3 different owners, we all know each other. Leaks were not detected when tested in car. Koyo's website states "Koyo Cooling Systems, Inc. will warranty Koyorad All Aluminum Racing Radiators due to manufacturers defect immediately upon first installation and vehicle start-up." This car has always been a daily driver, used the stock fan on the radiator, did nothing else on their list of warranty voiding actions. Koyo also requires you to go through a dealer for replacement, they will not deal with end customers. I called the NJ Koyo headquarters and spoke to a sales rep that was not helpful at all and when I asked if there was head customer service rep to speak with or some sort of manager he replied "No, just me". I also cannot get anywhere without the original receipt, doesn't matter anyway since the radiator is beyond the initial start up after install. Basically they are not standing by their product, the item has a history of a known issue from day 1, a waste of $400. http://www.koyorad.com/policy.asp
