Marinate the shrimp: o Mix shrimp with ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper, and 1 tsp cornstarch. Set aside. 2. Prepare aromatics: o Chop garlic and green onion. Set aside. 3. Prepare the eggs: o Separate the egg whites and yolks. o Beat the egg whites until frothy, then add ¼ tsp salt and ½ tsp oil. Continue beating until combined. o Add the yolks and beat again until fully mixed. 4. Cook shrimp and eggs in one pan: o Heat some vegetable oil in a pan. o Add the marinated shrimp and fry until cooked on both sides. o Add the chopped garlic and stir briefly until fragrant. o Pour the egg mixture over the shrimp, making sure it covers them completely. o Using a spatula, gently pull the cooked parts of the egg toward the center, repeating until all the eggs are set. o Finally sprinkle chopped green onion on top and serve immediately. “Thank you so much for watching!
