INTRO TO POETRY OF TAROT

This video is an introduction to The Poetry of Tarot, a new channel that looks at the Tarot as a language of images and features my original poetry in response to the art from different decks. I will be starting a series on the Major Arcana, looking at each card in depth, with examples from several decks. We'll focus on the images and symbols, how to read them, find stories in them. I'll read a short poem I've written from each card, and discuss how reading a Tarot card like a poem and storyteller improves our abilities as readers. There will be a related Substack (https://cherylasavageau.substack.com/) with copies of all the poems from each video. It will be free for the first two months. After that, a free subscription will still include my thoughts on the particular card and one poem. A paid subscription will get you all the poems.
