Welcome to Part 2 of our Ayahuasca journey! In this episode we go a bit further into the day to day ceremonial prep & get into some pretty interesting after-ceremony dialog. From the cleansing, medicinal steam baths to the refreshing & rejuvenating floral baths... we had such a deep appreciation for the process that leads up to & helps to prepare our mind body & spirit for each Ayahuasca ceremony. For every 2 days of Ayahuasca, we had a San Pedro Cactus ceremony that takes place in the morning. We called this magical elixir the "Ayahuasca Chaser" lol, because it so beautifully complimented the ceremonies & allowed for some really lovely introspection & moments of deep gratitude & appreciation for life.
