Institutional racism is not always visible — but its impact is measurable. It can exist within policies, systems, and decision-making structures that unintentionally disadvantage certain communities over time. In this episode of Inclusive Voice, we examine how institutional racism operates across sectors such as education, employment, healthcare, housing, and justice. We explore the difference between individual prejudice and systemic inequality, and why reform requires both awareness and structural accountability. This conversation focuses on solutions — from policy transparency and data accountability to inclusive leadership and community engagement. Inclusive Voice is an initiative of the Malak Foundation, proudly supported by the Victorian Government and delivered in collaboration with community leaders, partners, and stakeholders committed to strengthening equity, fairness, and social cohesion across Victoria. 🎬 Watch the full Inclusive Voice series and join the movement toward structural change.
