A dangerous and non-compliant mains adaptor plug supplied with an electrical item which had a Chinese type mains plug fitted to it. The problems are all due to the adaptor supplied - there is nothing wrong with the moulded on Chinese plug, other than it being unsuitable for use in the UK. The proper thing to do is to supply the UK plug already fitted, or with a fitted semi-permanent fused adaptor such as the comparison example shown in the video.
