On September 1, 1941, an official law was imposed throughout the entire Greater German Reich. All Jews in these areas were ordered to sew a yellow Star-of-David-shaped badge onto their outer clothing. The badge donned the word “Jude” (meaning “Jew”) and had to be worn in public. This compilation features Jewish Holocaust survivors, Dina Gottliebova-Babbitt, George Weiss, and Sophie Pollack. Watch Dina’s full testimony at https://vhaonline.usc.edu/viewingPage....
