The benefits here are outstanding as it's pretty likely that your students are going to spend a lot of time on Facebook and online, and you might even be able to develop a better connection with them through social media. Your imagination is the only thing limiting you in terms of what you can do with a class page, so be ambitious! Go out and try new ideas and to see how your students react.
