It has to be noted that it was quite deep during opening, and during three days a cleaning was done, and during each of these three days a small amount of pus was removed. In the first time it was a relatively large amount of pus, then it was treated by chlorohexidine, by hydrogen peroxide, washing was done, levomecolum ointment was applied. Then we added a general antibiotic, then in the very first day we did a culture test of this pus for bacteria with anaerobes. These were staphylococcus and eneterococcus found in this pus. Then we prescribed internal linezolid according to sensitivity. Also, it has to be said that this abscess in spite of its seemingly small size, in spite of small depth, it healed for about 2.5 weeks. At first these were everyday cleanings and dressings, then we switched to doing them once in two days then two times a week. The last, more or less complete healing took place in about 2.5 weeks. Therefore, in spite of external relatively calm appearance, it’s necessary to open up such pimples if they exist for a long time, when they are painful during slight pressure, it’s necessary to evacuate the contents and to check for bacteria and sensitivity to antibiotics.
