Day 8 of our USA motorcycle road trip was one for the books! After last night’s thunderstorms, the day started bright and beautiful. At 8:15 AM we headed to Sedona Airport for a classic All-American breakfast—fuel for the adventure ahead. The real excitement began with a breathtaking helicopter flight over Sedona’s iconic Red Rocks. After being weighed and shuttled to the helipad, the blades started spinning… doors closed… and suddenly we were soaring over one of the most stunning landscapes in the U.S. An unforgettable experience with jaw-dropping views! From the airport, we rode the last stretch of Red Rock country toward Jerome, a historic mining town perched high in the mountains. We explored the Jerome Ghost Town—full of rusty old cars, vintage mining gear, and crumbling buildings that tell stories of the wild mining days. A unique and atmospheric stop with tons of character. Next, we cruised through the beautiful Prescott National Forest, descending winding mountain roads scented with pine. As we reached the valley, rain surprised us again, but we continued toward Prescott for lunch at The Palace, Arizona’s oldest saloon. The final stretch brought us to Williams, a lively Route 66 hotspot alive with souvenir shops, bars, and even a Williams-Shoutout street show.
