Steve Jobs has narrated the first version of the video "Here's to the Crazy Ones", from the campaign "Think Different". This piece has never been aired, instead of the final version in the Richard Dreyfuss voice. This is the first of a series os videos i'm publishing that were landmarks in tech history, this first series is focused in theme Microsoft x Apple. This ad was aired in 1997, when Apple was suffering with sales and then Steve Jobs had the brilliant idea in changing the narrative. He switched the focus of the commercial to the human being instead of the power of his computers. A beautiful text that brings the audience to emotional even after all these years. Transcription of the text: --- Start Here's to the crazy ones The misfits The rebels The troublemakers The round pegs in the square holes The ones who see things differently They're not fond of rules and they have no respect For the satus quo You can quote then Disagree with them Glorify or vilify them But the only thing you can't do is ignore them Because they change things They push the human race forward While some may see them as the crazy ones We see genious Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world Are the ones who do --- End Geniuses in order of appearance: Albert Einstein Bob Dylan Martin Luther King, Jr. Richard Branson John Lennon (with Yoko Ono) Buckminster Fuller Thomas Edison Muhammad Ali Ted Turner Maria Callas Mahatma Gandhi Amelia Earhart Alfred Hitchcock Martha Graham Jim Henson (with Kermit the Frog) Frank Lloyd Wright Pablo Picasso The little girl at the end is Shaan Sahota
