1991: a visit to a dairy farm in Poland *** READ DESCRIPTION ***

This is the full (original) version of Tuomo Kantola's year 1991 Polish video. In addition to the scenes shot around the towns / in hotels etc. of the concise version (    • Poland in 1991, concise version *** READ D...   ) of this video, this one shows some behind-the-scene cuts of the Polish dairy industry of the very early 90's. I assume that those shots reliably depict what the dairy industry / dairy handling looked like in the last stages of communism so it's, historically, is very precious as, back in 1991, very-very few Poles had video cameras documenting the everyday life, let alone how for example dairy products were handled. It also has a (telecined) French WW2 documentary shown to the Finnish guests. YouTube's content matcher couldn't match it (it only matched two VERY short sections) so I don't know much of the flick. Tuomo has asked me to publish this video in its entirety (his taking full responsibility for the video's being published); this is why I've left for example even the otherwise pretty boring "Welcome to Poland" Finnish language section at the very beginning.
