Everything used to be made so much better back in the day, including flour mills for the home. The Magic Mill is my absolutely favorite mill. I wanted to film this video so you can know what to do when you get yours. My fav aspects of this mill: ✔️ Easy to clean ✔️ Flour is contained in a stainless steel container and isn't flying everywhere ✔️ No plastic pieces are touching the flour ✔️ Stone mills preserve the nutrients better ✔️ It's beautiful ✔️ Grinds from super fine to coarse ✔️ It's pretty fast ✔️ It cools quickly due to the design of the motor being on the outside of the mill ✔️ If you're lucky you can find yours with a hand crank that lets you continue to use it during power outages When you're looking to buy one, the most important thing to look for is no water damage and no mold. Otherwise you just want to find one with all the pieces and in working condition. Make sure to not pull the cable when you move it. They used to be made in Idaho and then in Utah (and for a short time in Arizona) so it's easier to find them on the west coast. I see them often on Facebook Marketplace.
