Be aware of pure PB Teck customer service! They sell faulty monitors and don't accept warranty cases. Please like it to help others know it and me to get refund from PB Tech for faulty monitor. Thank you! Hi, I bought this monitor in November and it was faulty. Every 1 or 2 hours it gives a loud click and the screen turns off and back again... That is a clear fault but PB Tech "experts" said it is ok. They clearly did not sit in front of the monitor to find the fault... I think it is a backlit protection. I recorded the fault and placed it on YouTube and Facebook Their service specialists returned it to me back with a lot of fingerprints on the screen and back... Service specialists supposed to ware gloves to keep it clean and do not spread COVID-19. Software for multi-view does not start after rebooting and stops PC from shutting down, so have to confirm and start application every time... Terrible service experience and faulty monitors... Check it twice before buying from PB Tech and it still can be faulty as in my case and warranty does not help..................
