Hi there and welcome! 😊 In this video, we will talk about CSS priority levels and best practice to use CSS. If you set on same HTML element Internal, External and Inline CSS styles priority of use will always go in next order: 1️⃣ Inline CSS 2️⃣ Internal CSS 3️⃣ External CSS So, highest priority will have Inline CSS, which means that Inline CSS will override all other (Internal and External) styles, and the lowest priority of use will have External CSS, which means that external CSS style can be override by all other (Inline and Internal) styles. Now when we know that we can apply CSS styles like Inline, Internal and External, question is what is the best practice to use CSS or should we use Inline, Internal or External CSS? Short answer is you should use External CSS. But why? In web development well known concept that should be followed is Separation of Concerns (SoC). Separation of Concerns is design principle that says that we should separate different functionalities in separate files.
