The Steps of Salvation v2

In the New Testament we read of 5 steps or conditions we must meet in order to become a Christian. Surprisingly the sinner’s prayer is not one of these steps of salvation. We must hear the gospel message, believe in Jesus as the son of God, repent of our sins, confess Jesus as the Son of God before men and be baptized (immersed in water) for the forgiveness of our sins. Then, we have become a Christian. But, this is only the beginning because we must continue in four of these five steps of salvation to remain faithful to Christ lest we fall away from the Lord and be lost.
