Indian Railway's biggest station redevelopment projects!

Indian Railways is getting a massive infrastructure boost like never before! In the coming years, as many as 110 railway stations across the country will be turned into swanky airport-like hubs and international standards. In this video, we will explore the various station redevelopment projects that have been undertaken by Indian Railway Station Development Corporation (IRSDC), Railway Land Redevelopment Authority (RLDA), NBCC and other private companies under the PPP model. Currently, 2 station redevelopment projects in Gandhinagar, Gujarat and Bhopal Habibganj, Madhya Pradesh are under construction, while Lucknow's Gomti Nagar is in the early construction stage. Meanwhile, close to 15 stations are in the tender stage, and will begin works in the next 1-2 years. The plan is to upgrade all major train stations in India to world-class standards in the next 2 decades, and monetise them to make them more financially viable
