How does this track work? This is an experimental track that I've designed by combining frequencies that have been linked to the main digestive system organs. Including the mouth, stomach, intestines, pancreas, liver and gallbladder. The concept behind this is to try and stimulate and produce healthy vibrations associated with the digestion system organs. The track begins at 10Hz, then ramps down to 8.22Hz, 5.14Hz, 2.67Hz, 3.84Hz, 2.67Hz again, then back up to 10Hz to repeat the cycle. I recommend listening for at least 20 minutes, to ensure you complete one full cycle. The track contains 3 cycles. How loud should the volume be? Adjust the volume to a level you feel comfortable with. Not so quiet that you can hardly hear it, but also not so loud it becomes too distracting.
