Destiny's Child was an American girl group, best known in its final line-up comprising Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams. The group was initially formed in 1990 in Houston under the name Girl's Tyme, which included members Beyoncé Knowles, Kelly Rowland, LaTavia Roberson, and LeToya Luckett, among others. Despite early struggles and limited success, the group was signed in 1997 by Columbia Records and Music World Entertainment, rebranding as Destiny's Child. 0:00 Intro 1:00 So Good 🤡 3:17 Dance Break 4:12 No No No 6:25 No No No Remix 9:05 Aliyah Dance Cover 14:35 Bugaboo 18:25 Bills Bills Bills Their self-titled debut album was released on February 17, 1998, featuring productions by notable names such as Tim & Bob, Rob Fusari, Jermaine Dupri, Wyclef Jean, Dwayne Wiggins, and Corey Rooney. The album reached number 67 on the Billboard 200 and number 14 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums, eventually going platinum in the United States. The remix of the lead single "No, No, No" became a significant hit, peaking at number one on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks and number three on the Billboard Hot 100. However, the follow-up single "With Me Part 1" did not achieve similar success. In 1998, Destiny's Child won three Soul Train Lady of Soul awards, including Best New Artist for "No, No, No." Although Beyoncé Knowles considered their debut album successful, she noted it was too mature for the group at that time. Their second album, "The Writing's on the Wall" (1999), brought them mainstream recognition with hit singles like "Bills, Bills, Bills" and "Say My Name." Despite their rising success, the group faced internal conflicts and legal issues as Roberson and Luckett attempted to split from manager Mathew Knowles, citing favoritism towards Beyoncé and Rowland. Despite these challenges, Destiny's Child solidified their place in music history with their impactful songs and performances. 0:00 Intro 1:00 So Good 🤡 3:17 Dance Break 4:12 No No No 6:25 No No No Remix 9:05 Aliyah Dance Cover 14:35 Bugaboo 18:25 Bills Bills Bills Watch more TMF videos ► https://bit.ly/MoreTMF Join us.
