Sydney will have a significant drop in daytime highs with Friday only reaching 18 degrees, a far cry from the mid to late 30s of this week. Elsewhere and Tasmania sees some warmer air flows after a cold change today - but it’s still more unsettled than the rest of the nation. Showers are fairly isolated to the coastal east, with Cairns perhaps the wettest of all the main Australian centres.
