After meeting at a local art class with the hope of learning a new skill, 79-year-olds Beryl Bellamy and Susie McPherson sparked up a friendship. Looking to explore other hobbies, the pair signed up for karate with no expectations other than to keep fit and have fun. 5 years - and a lot of training - later and the pair have just received their black belts! The pair join us in the studio to tell us about their rigorous regime and show us a move or two.
