Spirit in Motion a message coming from the heart of a Paralympian

On the occasion that I will be competing at my second Paralympics, I really wanted to combine the two greatest passions of mine sports and music to create something special. This song is about all the beautiful things that unite us at the Olympics/Paralympics, but as well all the pain and countless amount of time and energy that it takes to reach the highest platform of elite sports. It is my hope that the song/video will resonate with Olympic athletes and Paralympic athletes alike. After all, both groups go through the same process to reach their best potential. I hope this song will inspire people to be unafraid of going on a journey, and to take on whatever comes their way, believing that all will work out and be worth it in the end.
