Scholarship distribution MD. Mohsin Ali, Founder & Executive Director; Shapla Gram Unnayan Sangstha Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) Today, 19 February 2025, Shapla Gram Unnayan Sangstha, a non-governmental development organization, organized a program to provide higher education scholarships and general education scholarships to meritorious students. Under this scholarship, higher education scholarships are provided to students of various public universities, medical colleges and engineering universities and general education scholarships are provided to students of secondary and higher secondary schools. The program was presided over by Mr. Md. Mohsin Ali, Founder and Executive Director of Shapla Gram Unnayan Sangstha, and Mr. Zubaida Mannan, Deputy Secretary General, Bangladesh National Commission for UNESCO (BNCU), Dhaka, was present as the chief guest. The special guests were— ✅ Mr. Md. Tajuddin, Senior Program Officer, Bangladesh National Commission for UNESCO (BNCU), Dhaka. ✅ Mr. Sheikh Mohammad Saiful Islam, Program Officer (Admin and Finance), Bangladesh National Commission for UNESCO (BNCU). In addition, officials from Shapla's head office, representatives of partner organizations, scholarship recipients and their guardians were present at the event. The guests at the event gave a directional speech to the scholarship recipients and wished them well for their success. The students also wished Shapla Gram Unnayan Sangstha for its contribution to the field of education and future prosperity in their speeches. Through this initiative, Shapla Gram Unnayan Sangstha is committed to making the path to higher education easier for students and announced to continue such activities in the future as well.
