Huge Bean Harvest! Fresh & Dry – Homegrown Goodness

After a few weeks of watching our bean plants thrive, it’s finally time for a big harvest! This week, we gathered a variety of fresh and dry beans straight from our backyard garden, and the results were incredible. We picked Witza beans, Jack’s Giant beans, and Purple King bush beans—enough to cover at least two meals (and you know I love celebrating those wins!). But that’s not all—we also harvested our very first homegrown Black beans and some beautiful Orca beans. There’s something so rewarding about growing shelf-stable crops that will last us for months to come.
