GoPro hero 6 is out and has the same design on the outside as Hero 5. GoPro decided to leave the external design the same while focusing on whats inside the camera. In this video im coparing 3 ways of recording the sound with your Hero 6. With/without the side door and with tHero 6 mounted on he Karma grip I also decided to compare the sound quality with my previous camera Hero 4 silver to see how much different they are. Overall i think that Hero 6 sound quality is better compared to Hero 5 , especially when u record with the side door ON, but it also sounds quite good if not the same with these doors being removed. Unfortunately Hero 6 mounted on the Karma grip still has quite poor sound. The audio is quiet and seem distant. Non of the aduio samples is eddited in any way , this the raw audio straight from the cameras.
