I’ll walk you through my ideas for rebuilding the bridge abutment, stabilizing the creek bank, and possibly using rammed earth tires, cinder blocks, or poured concrete to create a long-term solution. I’m also harvesting dead tropical ironwood (often used for charcoal and BBQ fuel) and testing its density and burn quality for future projects — including running a kiln for bricks and tiles. This wood is incredibly dense, makes amazing charcoal, and could be a key resource for off-grid building.
