The rain tried its best, but these walkers weren’t having any of it!

Despite it being the wettest day of the year, 33 participants turned up in Balloch for their weekly Walk in the Park health walk in the beautiful surroundings of Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park. What began with just seven walkers in Callander has now grown into a community of nearly three hundred people, offering a welcoming space to walk, talk and connect through the Walk in the Park project. Recently, Clydesider TV joined one of the walks to chat with participants and hear first-hand about the positive impact walking has on their lives, both mental and physical.
