As for design, the most welcome additions has to be the signature rotating bezel which makes navigating super easy and fun. Display-wise, you get a SuperAMOLED panel with excellent brightness and Always on Display support. Being the premium smartwatch it is, you can track different exercises like running, cycling, swimming, hiking along with others like arm curls, back extensions, crunches, deadlifts, etc and many others. In fact, you get a variety of exercises to choose from which makes health tracking very easy. Other health tracking features include heart rate monitoring, Blood Oxygen monitoring, sleep tracking, calorie, and step counting, stress tracking, period tracking, etc. You do get ECG and Blood pressure monitoring features in the Galaxy Watch 3 too, but they are only limited to some regions. It is not supported in Nepal. The Galaxy Watch 3's GPS lock feature is very accurate. All the health stats are available in the watch itself but if you want to see a more in-depth result, you have to do it via the Galaxy Wearable app and Samsung Health app. As for internals, the Galaxy Watch 3 comes bearing 1GB RAM and 8GB storage. It uses the Exynos 9110 chipset which is the same one used on last year's Galaxy Watch Active 2. Software-wise, you get Samsung's own TyzenOS 5.5 whose optimization is really good. Its third-party app support is not as good as Apple's or Google's yet, but the TyzeOS has improved a lot. As for durability, it has Gorilla Glass DX support which is a downgrade from last year's Gorilla Glass Dx+ on the Galaxy Watch Active 2. Further, it is MIL-STD-810G certified and has a 5ATM/ IP67 rating too. Battery- wise, you get a 430mAh (45mm) and 247mAh (41mm) battery supported by 5- watt wireless charging.
