PS4 BLOD After Impact – Previous Repair Failed | Full APU Reball Fix

In this repair video we take a look at a PlayStation 4 that suffered physical impact damage years ago and developed the infamous BLOD (Blue Light of Death). The console had already been stripped and previously worked on, with clear signs that someone attempted a reflow or reball of the APU, but the repair was unsuccessful. The owner explained that the console contains important personal photos and data, so the main goal was simply to bring the system back to life long enough to recover the data. During diagnosis we discovered multiple damaged components on the motherboard caused by the original impact and previous repair attempts.
