Well what a lovely person. This was the first time I had met Savvas and I must say he is so down to earth, no pretence just says it as it is. Savvas is an Ashtanga fourth series practitioner and has been practising yoga since 2000. We talk about doing other sports alongside yoga, importance of a regular practice, how he approaches his practice. The need of a teacher's teacher , patience and progression and of course so much more.
