Chiang Mai Hill Tribe Coffee Farm Tour

I am visiting Chiang Mai for the first time and went on a tour of a small coffee far worked on by the Karen ethnic group who live in the mountainous region north of the city. I went on the tour with a small, local company run by four partners, called Chiang Mai Hill Tribe Coffee Tour. On this tour we road in a 4x4 truck up the mountain where we were able to walk through the fields, feed the cows, see different planted crops and fruit trees, eat a meal of local produce, learn about the coffee growing and processing steps, and have a hands on workshop where we roasted our own coffee as well as made pour over drinks. The location was scenic and peaceful, and the experience was educational. Thank you to Jack, Sara, and Moonshine for the wonderful experience, I hope to return!
