#SpoonOfSpices Ingredients Of Mustard Prawn / Mustard Prawns Curry 500gm Jumbo prawns (deveined and cleaned) For marination: Fish Masala 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric powder For gravy: 2 tsp mustard seeds for paste 8-10 green chilli 3 tsp Ginger-garlic-green-kaju chilli paste 3 Tbsp mustard Oil 2 potatoes 2 Onions, finely chopped 3 Tomatoes (pureed) 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Turmeric 1 tsp Fish Masala 1 Tbsp Garam masala powder How to Make Prawn Masala/Prawn Curry 1.In a bowl Add prawns then mix salt, Turmeric powder and Fish masala. 2.Marinate for 15-20 minutes. 3.Heat mustard oil in a Pan(Kadai). Add marinated prawns and cook for about 1-2 minutes until its turn to golden brown. Keep aside in another bowl then fried the potao for 6-7 min same as prawns. 4.In the same Pan, add 2 tablespoon oil and add Bay leaves,Black cardamom and Cinnamon sticks. 5.When they sizzle, add chopped onions then add 1tsp salt saute for about 4-5 minutes until onions turn dark brown. 6.Add ginger-garlic-kaju paste, fish masala,turmeric powder, salt and fry for one minute until the mix turns aromatic. 7.Add sliced tomatoes once the masala turns aromatic. 8.Mix well ,add one cup of water and cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes, until the mixture thickens. 9.Add mustard paste then mix well, keep flame on low. 10.Add fried prawns and potatoes then mix well and cooked for 6-7 min. 11.Add water as per your requirement and cook it for 5-6 min till gravy will thick 12.Serve with rice or fresh made naan.
