Dead Ghost Fragment "Legends and Mysteries: Rezyl Azzir" found in a cave near Archon's Keep in Patrol the Plaguelands. In-game it will say the Grimoire Card unlocked "Rezyl Azzir: The Whisper and the Bone" entry, however this is false, it unlocks Legends and Mysteries. This Ghost can be found in Patrol the Plaguelands (It is hidden in cave, left of the Archon's Keep if you are coming from the Doomed Sea). Finding this ghost will unlock Ghost Fragment: Legends and Mysteries Rezyl Azzir.
