Dead TI-89 Calculator Repair

How to fix a Texas Instruments TI-89 Graphing Calculator that won't turn on, even after you have replaced the batteries. There is one defect in the TI-89 design that causes the batteries to lose the electrical contact with the circuit board. It is a super easy fix and requires no real special tools other than the required screw drivers. You have to move the electrical contacts for the negative and positive terminals of the batteries so that the make contact with a new portion of the circuit board.
