Today we'll take a look at what I think is one of the most useful radio services available in the United States. That radio service is GMRS, or the General Mobile Radio Service. GMRS is a licensed service that works on the UHF spectrum, and allows for a decent amount of power, swappable antennas, front panel programming, and the two biggies.....repeater use, and shared licenses.
