I added 2.5cm to my Waist measurement. Start by drawing a line the width of (A) Now at a 90° angle to your first line draw a line the length of (D) and making a mark to along this line the measurement of (C) Where you have made the mark for (C) draw a line the length of (B) parallel to your first line Now on the opposite side from line (D) draw a line at an angle joining the end of Line (A) and line (B) and continue until the line is roughly the same length of line (D) to make an even better fit on you waist line measure up approx. 4cm on the side seam and draw a curved line from the centre up to this new point to make sure the skirt hem lays straight when wearing it - measure up approx. 9cm from the side seam and draw a curved line from the centre up to this new point for the waist band - draw a rectangle the length of (A). The width will be twice the width of your elastic and twice the amount of your seam allowance. I had 1.5meters of 150cm wide fabric. For a directional print please allow more. 🍄🌼🌲🌸☀️🌈🍀💐🍃💦🪵🌿🌼🍄 I really hope that you have enjoyed watching today, and taking part in the Sew Frugal Challenge run by Sam @Frugalisama and Ruan @theyorkshiresewgirl .
